  17. <p>    He was born Reza Cyrus Pahlavi, and by inheritance he is
  18. Shahanshah, King of Kings, master of the Peacock Throne. But
  19. last week Reza Shah II, 28, seemed to be campaigning for office,
  20. behavior quite beneath his late autocratic father Mohammed Reza
  21. Shah. In Los Angeles the exiled Iranian prince rallied a crowd
  22. of 12,000 royalists, saying, "Our struggle has started and shall
  23. conclude in victory." He is also talking like a democrat. In
  24. Washington, before an audience of 600 including Jeanne
  25. Kirkpatrick, he said, "My goal is not to restore the monarchy.
  26. We will abide by what the majority decide." Talking egalitarian
  27. is dandy, but how come people still call him Your Majesty?
